Let me start by saying that anyone that lives in West Virginia has the right to live in decent housing. This right belongs to you as a renter.
One thing you must know as a renter. Your landlord cannot evict you in retaliation for complaining about anything. Unfit conditions, the people next door, the landlords dog barking. One thing you should know. When you have a complaint just make sure that you put it in writing and keep a copy for yourself. You have a right to complain. The thing to do is fight the eviction. Don't let the landlord bully you.
